Seguretat
La protecció dels Drets Humans és molt absent a l'Ajuntament Torroella de Montgrí l'Estartit.
Aleshores la SEGURETAT CIUTADANA i la SEGURETAT VIAL (al Circular) creiem que són uns dels "grans" problemes i reptes.
Això anterior és la maniobra que va fer un vianant (foto inferior) al ser obligat a circular per la calçada i privar-lo una camioneta sobre la vorera de seguir el seu itinerari lògic. Vam tenir que frenar per no atropellar-lo. La nostra vídeo-càmera el va captar amb no massa qualitat pels reflexos del sol.
Situacions de conflicte i perill són també les següents produïdes totes al nous carrers a l'Estartit. Gravades des de dins del nostre vehicle. A alguns d'aquest vianants els hi podeu copsar el gest o moviment d'evitació enfront el perill.
Normes de SEGURETAT
per a vianants.
Amb l'ocupació de les voreres dels vianants es CREUA LA LÍNIA VERMELLA DE LA SEGURETAT, s'obliga als vianants a interrompre el seu itinerari (anomenat "itinerari de vianants") i a circular per la calçada dels vehicles i a creuar fora dels passos de vianants per arribar a l'altra vorera. La seguretat disminueix i augmenta el perill. No sols augmenta la inseguretat física sinó que a més s'incrementa la inseguretat emocional, és a dir, es sent menys tranquil·litat amb aquestes maniobres. Aleshores, la qualitat de vida també és inferior.
I també per SEGURETAT (i SANITAT) mireu la següent foto inferior. Fums que surten de xemeneia de cuina directes al carrer on estan els turistes. Així són maneres de portar un municipi??? (Cliqueu aquí)
